Market data displayed within TradeRadR may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or longer depending on exchange and data provider limitations.

4. Subscription Terms

TradeRadR Pro subscriptions provide access to premium platform features for the duration of the active billing cycle.

Subscriptions:

• renew automatically unless cancelled

• may be cancelled at any time through the customer portal

• remain active until the end of the current billing period

No guarantees are made regarding future feature availability, uptime, or continued platform operation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, TradeRadR may issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases involving:

• duplicate billing

• technical failures

• accidental charges

6. Limitation of Liability

TradeRadR and its operators shall not be liable for:
